I'm here to share some of my real life experiences as well as stories from my clients and radio listeners. You may be one of my clients or listeners, or maybe you've just heard one of my speeches such as “Where Fun Meets Finance!“ Or, this book may be our first contact. However we made contact, together we can learn to make your $Money future much brighter!
The lessons in this book, if followed, will teach you how to create wealth. You'll learn how debt is working against you and how to find the right financial advisor for your needs. You'll also gain some practical knowledge on what every invester needs to know - including that big investment, real estate. We'll cover the successes and, yes, even the mistakes. Life's lessons are never all good, and you may get a chuckle at someone else's experience - mine!
Don't expect to be reading a college economics textbook, although I have no doubt many professors and students would gain a lot of knowledge from what's taught here. We will be diving head first into real life with practical principles and the right steps. Don't expect any theory. There are plenty of books on those subjects. This narrative is from someone who has been there and done it.
This book is for those wanting to create wealth by walking with someone who has been through the minefield and made it to the other side with her integrity intact, alive, healthy, happy, and yes with much, much more than when she started.
I'm excited to get started. Before we begin, let's look at the need for a financial advisor. After all, you may be thinking, “It is my $Money. I earned it; why do I need help managing it?“ The reality is that you are facing some pretty challenging economic decisions - both long and short term.
